Description:

This Homeschool Day session will focus on the photography of Ernest C. Withers currently on view in the exhibition, Black Resistance. Students will learn how Withers used his photographs to capture the moment, as well as the action, of the National Civil Rights Movement.

During our Homeschool Days, families can choose from a variety of activities: scavenger hunts, self-guided tours, a drop-in art-making activity, and docent-led tours at 10:30 a.m. & 11:15 a.m.

The theme for Spring 2018 is Action, Motion, Timing.
